About SV&A Engineering

SV&A Engineering GmbH was founded in 2011 by Grégory Rump, an electrical engineer with many years of experience in the operations sector of various industries, including machinery, automotive and medical devices. These extensive experiences have taken place in various countries in Western, Southern and Eastern Europe, Asia and Latin America.

At SV&A Engineering GmbH we have a vision and a capacity to assess, optimize and, if necessary, redesign your processes and procedures. The goal is to improve your bottom line in a sustainable way. In doing so, we also avoid the often seen short-term actionism, but rather lead by preserving what has been tried and tested before as well as simplifying the components that have not yet been optimized. The human aspect of our approach: We never forget that behind every company are the most important and critical elements of your company: your people and teams. These are the focus of our projects and it is with and through the employees and teams that your goals are achieved in the short, medium and long term.

From our hometown of Basel, at the crossroads of Europe, we serve our customers in Switzerland, throughout Europe and internationally.
